Cancellation Policy & Warranty & Legal
Order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase will be accepted with a 15% restocking and processing fee.
All of our orders are custom built-to-order items and therefore will be deemed FINAL SALE and unable to be refunded if over 24 hours from when the order was placed.
At SLG Welding we offer a limited two year warranty which applies only to manufacture defects. Any exhaust or accessory that is damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, incorrect air/fuel mixture, impact or drop damage will not be covered by warranty. It is solely the customers responsibility to ensure that all hardware remains tight after exhaust has been heat cycled. Any SLG exhaust or accessory that is not covered by warranty can be repaired by SLG Welding at the customers expense.
Shipping damage must be reported to SLG Welding within 48 hours of package delivery. Shipping damage is not the responsibility of SLG Welding, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier so you can be reimbursed for the damage.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their machine is properly tuned. SLG Welding will not be responsible for any damages caused to the exhaust, coating, or any other components due to incorrect air/fuel mixture. All SLG Welding exhausts require fuel tuning.
To start a warranty claim please contact SLG Welding and we will assist you to confirm your warranty claim. Please have photos and order number readily available. If you do not have your order number or proof of purchase your warranty may be denied.
For any non-warranty related repair requests please contact SLG Welding.
It is the customers sole responsibility for shipping the warrantable product to and from SLG Welding. SLG Welding is not responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees etc. that may be part of return shipments.
